What We Do

Refugees are people of courage, ingenuity and perseverence who have been forced to come and seek refuge in the UK

We believe our years of experience within this industry will help us answer all of your questions and take care of all of your needs. Some of our diverse services include:

Dissemination of information through its mail and emails to its members and partners
Organising meetings for the members including AGMs, Seminars and consultations
Facilitating trainings on Fund Raising, Communication Skills, Awareness, etc.
Providing management support to newly emerging refugee community organisation
Providing support in writing funding applications
Holding consultation for statutory sectors and policy makers to consult with RCO’s
Providing employment information to members
Providing capacity building support to develop refugee community groups

SRCF in conjunction with Evelyn Oldfield Unit Development Team runs a nine months capacity building programme for the development of the refugee communities in Southwark.

We plan to develop this further with an interactive website linking statutory and voluntary agencies to RCOs in our borough.
