The Latin Rythm and Moves

Tradicion Andina is a Latin American community which is set to maintain the Bolivian heritage and to promote welfare of Bolivian communities in Southwark. Tradicion Andina provides dance workshops for Bolivians in Southwark and also young children so that they learn their culture and history of Bolivia. The colourful clothes and traditional dance moves by its own right tells different stories about the beautiful culture. Its golden aim emphasise on building bridges between the western culture and the Bolivia descendants who are still juggling and make the best of everything between two cultures.

Tradicion Andina participated in different activities since joining the forum such as the attending the forum meetings at AGM, black history month, the communication workshops, stress management workshops and also gave a presentation at the community council meetings.

Since becoming a member of SRCF, Tradicion Andina benefited from gaining access to information and support on funding, networking and sharing information with RCO’s and statutory sectors.
